Phoebe and Her Unicorn by Dana Simpson for February 22, 2015
Transcript:
Phoebe: What's older? Unicorns, or stars? Marigold: Stars. In ancient times, unicorns were very jealous of the stars, with all their shining and twinkling. Ans no unicorn was more jealous than King Sprinkle the Thunderous. Eventually, he could stand it no longer, and ordered his subjects to charge at the stars, horns first! Phoebe: What happened? Marigold: This.History would come to know it as the Great Anticlimactic Hop. Phoebe: History would be my favorite subject if unicorns wrote the textbooks!
Interesting how Marigold’s eyes turned into the night sky when she spoke of stars (or reflected it like mirrors.)
