There are bacteria in the mouth and on the skin which create foul odors and may cause tooth decay.There are other bacteria which do not cause tooth decay or foul odors.If we cultured the more benign bacteria and then effectively sterilized our mouths or skins and then introduced the better bacteria, they could replace the bad ones and crowd them out.This would improve oral health and make crowds more tolerable.
