Everybody knows yo-yo dieting is the worst way known to treat your body, worse than starvation, binge-and-purge, or any other extreme eating scheme..Yo-yo dieting is defined as the practice of eating only things that look like yo-yos..And there’s nothing edible in this world that looks more like a yo-yo than an Oreo.

Love those low fat Oreos. A whole package comes in just about at the maximum fat allowance for a day. Not that I’d ever push it to that limit, you understand.

Naw ! If I can’t have my Oreos with real milk_, I don’t want …er… I -won’t eat-…that is i…ah…nevermind….I’ll just do without…._the milk !
