That’s pretty much how I would have handled it, but I would have delivered the dog owner’s “property” on a shovel. In fact, that’s exactly how I did handle it with a neighbor who would stand and watch his dogs do their business on our property. He got it all back one day. I left it around where his car was parked in his yard and I left it right outside his front door and I spread it all over his yard. An entire winter’s worth of doggie doo filled his small yard very thoroughly. After that, he put up a fence and never let his dog do business on our property again.
