I think Willie, the Scottish groundskeeper of Springfield Elementary School, has a similar experience when he wears a kilt.

His kilt doesn’t look that short. Of course he may have to bend way down.

If my husband wore a kilt this long, he would be kicked out of Scotland! Show off those bonnie knees!!!

I guess you could say his Kilt is an “Indecent Enclosure”! ;o)

Traditionally a Scottsman wears nothing under his kilt. A friend of mine (a true Scottsman through and through) was a bagpiper in a drum and pipe corp. One year their corp went to a compitition that was held near a bandstand next to a body of water. Afterward his doctor couldn’t understand how he got a sunburn under his kilt, but eventually they realized that he got the sunburn from the sun reflecting off the water and up under his skirt.

They call that “going regimental”.
