good advice with the wrong kind of visual aid, Opal

Plastic flowers are the only kind Opal can grow.

I guess Mother Nature wants us to know petroleum products can bloom forever.

Why is she watering a plastic plant?

Many lessons. Like the permanence of long-chain polymers in thermosetting resins.

Real plants may not whine, but if they don’t get the right amount of shade or sunshine, they will not bloom. They also need the right amount of water or they will either droop and eventually die from lack or water, or rot because of too much water. I have some plants that do not like to be moved, so if I move them, any buds that might have started will dry up and drop off. So, plants can be difficult and let you know they are not happy.

Where is Earl? He would of had something funny to say about that

I think Opal is referring to Plastic Nature, not Mother Nature.

Sorry but….I was having dinner at a local steak house with a friend…went to bathroom and in the corner was a large dead fern(yellow and brown)…thought that was weird…ferns die without sun so why put one in men’s room…and you know my next thought…fern, men’s room, men…so after washing my hands as I headed to door, I checked to see just how dead that fern was…checked for crumbliness…it was plastic. I don’t even know where to buy a plastic dead fern.

The real question is… why is Opal watering a plastic plant?
