So she didn’t think to stock up on white thread before the pandemic.

There’s a diner in Austin that has a neon sign outside that reads “Sorry. We’re Open”

The associated gift shop next door has a sign “Sorry. We’re Open Too”

Isn’t thread available at other places? Like the grocery, or pharmacy? Seems like an extra trip to go to the “Fabric Emporium”.

I actually like going in to some of the fabric shops. They have some nice model paints. as well as small lights for putting in to said models. :D

Got bleach? Got any OTHER color thread?

Yes, very easy to get distracted by all the wonderful fabrics. I’m sure that is what Earl meant…

Who’s that unmasked man in a fabric store? Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I don’t get this one unless Earl is just being annoying. That, I get.

Earl was fully aware that whatever he brought home was going to be the wrong shade of white. (and brand, weight, thickness, spool size…)
