I remember when cheerleaders didn’t require spotters. And in high school they made us learn the “Bob Cousy” shot. And of course there was no 3-point line.
farkyou: Same in ‘50 and I have the yearbook to prove it. .UncaJim: Back then, they were all white (Jim Crow) except for one Cherokee, but I think the whole team was at least 6’.

Sports do havea process called the ‘trade’, and in the locker rooms it appears the players and cheerleaders traded clothing.
