I’m a great-grandson and a grandnephew of some pharmacists and I don’t even KNOW what those things are for.

I take all three, but the different one of the above bunch is Atorvastatin. Not to mention two more pills and three asthma meds to boot. Fun, fun, fun, but it beats the alternative!

Earlier this year, my cousin has to be taken off Lisinopril because one of the side-effects of that medication was (ugh) hives! The last straw was when he visited us one morning and I noticed his huge swollen lower lip! (Sorry if you’re eating while reading this!)

Just wait—soon the TV ambulance chasers will offer you a fictitious fortune to sue over the fully documented side effects of these drugs..I wonder what their premises are for these lawsuits—were the side effects written in too fine of print?

True. Because many pluggers haven’t mastered the “text speak” of letters meaning shortened words.

I know I can’t pronounce some of the meds. I do the best saying the beginning & usually the Dr. or Pharmacist can figure it out.

Why in the world do the pharmaceutical companies advertise on TV? We, the patients, cannot prescribe them to ourselves. They generally don’t even tell you what they are for, well except for erectile dysfunction….they scream that out at you. We don’t get a kickback for using them (well not financially).I am guessing there is a tax benefit (write off) for the advertising expense.

I had to be taken off of Hydrochlorothiazide. Did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do. After taking it for 2 days my blood pressure went up to 191/90.

The one on the left looks like he could use some Glipizide and some Metformin.

All generics; actually quite inexpensive even if you pay the full price…

Pluggers also learn big words for their health issues like diverticulitis.
