My wife thinks that if she is cold, I should put on a jacket. I asked my doctor what that meant. She said men are different than women. I said no kidding.

Usually I only get cold when I go outside …..

Hubby is a walking, talking blast furnace. He can heat up a room just by standing around. Ironically, he always feels cold.

thats backwards, the woman wants it set high, the man wants it cool.

My household exactly!! Except that my husband doesn’t understand our programmable thermostat. Mwahahaha! I AM IN CONTROL, of our micro environment, that is.

I don’t have to fight over the thermostat since I live alone. I do get cold occasionally, but putting on a sweater is not difficult, and much better than a higher utility bill.

My husband used to be the one who was hot all the time while I was cold. Then he was in a major accident and now he’s cold all the time. And I started getting hot flashes.

So true here, too.

my wife says she’s hot and I’m setting here with long johns, sweats and a jacket on.

My wife and I are pretty close when it comes to temperature, we like it 72 in the winter and 78 in the summer. Works for us.

They say that a Womens body due to child birth and the natural need to protect her unborn child will limit blood flow to her limbs and concentrate it to her main body,core,to keep her vitals and child warm,etc. Her mind and body will do this automatically. A man doesn’t do this. A women is subject to frost bite when exposed to cold such as lost in a blizzard or similar situation and will be able to survive longer but with worse frost bite on hands,etc. They feel the cold more too. A mans core will loose its heat quicker too,causing death from the cold sooner than a woman. There have been cases of people being lost and only the women have been found alive.

The older my husband gets the warmer we keep the house.
