Finally on at 12:06 am CT
My dad used to take me to movies and we’d just sit waiting in our seats for an hour. Fun!
I thought he was talking about getting to the bathroom.
Most pluggers are there ahead of time ! Never late ;-)
If he/she is in Atlanta traffic, that might not be enough time
I get up at 6:00 to leave for church at 7:30. All I have to do is stick some hot rollers in my hair and pull on my dress – and I still can’t make it.
Mind you, turning on the ‘puter and reading GoComics, probably doesn’t help.
That was my Mother -in-Law; no matter how early we got her moving, we always arrived just on time. I kept saying she was going to be late for her own funeral and she was. But at least that time it wasn’t her fault.
Especially if it’s a 2 hour drive to the appointment.
I’m getting a ride to get to my second vaccine… will be planning to get there plenty early!
I had a housemate who set clocks to different “fudge factors” in every room because she was so consistently late. It was annoying as hell.
This was my mother. R.I.P.
Yup. I’d rather be a half hour early than five minutes late.
My Conscious – I’ve got get ready, get moving. Be there on time.
My Sub-conscious – Plenty of time.
