Tis the reason why I just walk not as hard on the old body ;-)

I am bona fide plugger. EVERYthing makes my knees hurt.

At my age, just about everything hurts. And what doesn’t hurt, doesn’t work.

My knees are fine – it’s the hips & back that give me fits.

Did so much running in the Army, that when I got out i swore I wouldn’t run unless I lost my hat in the wind or someone was chasing me. Still have all my original parts.

You’re a plugger if, of all the aches, pains, hurts, and, agonies, your knees are the most noticeable!
