First appearance of an umbilical cord in a comic! Hope the (social) conservatives in the crowd don’t try to shut this ‘deviant’ comic down. Good starting point to explain to my sons about childbirth.

I’m wondering: is this why Poncho’s they way he is? No one was there to spank him in the beginning?

Yeah, I’m looking back at this. I noticed something that no one else said. Today– or the day the comic was released– June 7 of whatever year it is, marks the day of Poncho’s birth. HAPPY BIRTHDAY PONCHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
