Hey Porcho. Your shadow is gone, but some never leave.

so, um… is he not going back to the porch? Chazz found him under the porch with his siblings– are we losing the continuity here? Actually it’s already lost since Chazz was the one who named him Porcho in the first place and then changed it to Poncho a week later (I traced it back to Dec ‘07 when Chazz told him how he got him)

Dogs don’t sweat. That is why they pant.

Actually, one of my cocker spaniels used to smell very strongly of sweat after her walk - especially on her stomach. (Yes, I can tell the difference between sweat and urine.)

Well, don’t jump to conclusions yet. He still has plenty of wiggle room to make it consistent.

I hope we check back later to see what happens to Nocturna.

Pups always try to wander when they figure out how to walk more than two steps. It doesn’t mean he won’t be found by Mom and taken back home until he’s older. Poncho and Nocturna are just lucky they’re not little pancakes by now. The part I was wondering more about was I thought that it was said he was found under an abandoned porch (though I haven’t gone through the archives as thoroughly as some of you), so who do the hands that give kibble and dewormings belong to? Well, it’s more consistent than the life of Jean Grey at least.

This Year One is fun but I do miss Chaz, Carmen, the cats…and especially Poo Poo. I agree that once the story reverts to the present day we may have visits from ‘Mom’ and siblings other than Orlando. Although I doubt if Nocturna will be visiting much unless she gets weekends off from the ‘lockup’.

Well…. thats kinda sad. First off, up until a few days ago, I never knew that Nocturna was actually a a sister. Actually thought it was like an evil brother with screws out the neck… you know, like frankenstein but I guess now they were earings and she’s just got a crazy hairdo & really long eyelashes. Yeah, makes sense I guess. Now we never get to see her again??? This is kinda sad as I was just starting to get kinda close to that one. Oh well, I guess. Onward & forward….. I would think his mom would be getting kinda worried.

Xane_T: Thank you for giving me a belly laugh with “Well, it’s more consistent than the life of Jean Grey at least.” Too true! And I gave up on that 10 years ago so I can only imagine how absurdly complicated it is now what with clones, avatars, alternate realities, etc.

Comes of having multiple authors for comics.

What makes me laugh are all the little boys named Logan.

Wonder how many parents will blanch when their sons come home from school with a certain nickname.
