I had a Lab/Shar-pei mix for 15 1/2 years. She was one of a very large litter, and the puppiesâ appearance ranged from pretty wrinkled to just a little loose skin around the neck and jaw. She was an absolute delight.

I heard they bred some sharpeis so over-wrinkled surgery had to be done so they could actually see. Fashion has a lot to answer for.
