I think my dog mostly likes me because I had her spayed a week after I got her. She had been bred multiple times before coming to me. She had just left 8-week-old puppies and was already in heat again. I honestly don’t know how many puppies or litters she had in all. But no more. Since she’s a champion hunter from a good line, her puppies were valuable.
