She ought to have sent Teena alone, she’ll buy what’s on the list. Jeri will want to buy junk food and other nonsense.
Walk to the store pulling a wagon.take the bus, and carry stuff.mostly junk food. and pop. they are kids.
Yes I was 9 and walked to the store for Mom’s cig’s. with note.
I thought dad was the artist.
Ours was only a block away, so I was often sent for milk from age 9 up. Dad liked to point out that it was the same distance as from the house to the barn when he was a boy.
Did Jeri not know where she was going until she showed up at the grocery store?
