1. He should be lifting with his knee and not his back. 2. If it is straw that he is lifting, he might be able to lift it like that, however since school just got out and the girls are here for the summer visit I would say it’s hay and there is no way he could lift it like that. 3. If it was straw, doing so without a shirt would scratch him up, but he wouldn’t be itching like hay. 4. He should handling it with the two binding twines or metal wires. Any way else and the bale would fall apart. 5. Where is he stacking it??? I see no hay, (straw), stacks and you don’t feed straw to animals, that is for bedding, which would be on the concrete, or bare ground floor. Still, Jeri’s hormones are in high gear.
