TJDestry has it right..Let’s set aside our political differences for a moment. I’m talking about the quality of this comic strip – which is abysmal..Except the Sunday panels. On Sundays, this really is Prickly City – wonderful banter between two individuals who, in spite of their 180 degree differences in beliefs, still manage to have meaningful dialog and – gasp – manage to be friends!.As for the daily panels – what can I say? Nothing new or substantive has been said. Everything said has been said before, time and time again, and more eloquently. Most of the political statements seem to be coming from the readers – “probama” and “nobama” alike. The strip itself is devoid of information – and humor. The strip has become stale..Except for Sunday. Even these last few months, the Sunday panels still seem to be gems – of wisdom and humor! And I thank Scott Stantis for them!.Given as long as this present arc has lasted, it is my fear that the evil bunny is replacing Winslow – which I think is a terrible mistake. And the Carmen that appears from time to time with the evil bunny is but a shadow of the character she is with Winslow..Last, and certainly least: Bring back the prairie dogs! In that five day arc, more was explained about the political process and party politics than these bunny strips have done in – what is it – a year now?.They’re coming to take me away, ha ha, they’re coming to take me away, ho ho, hee hee, hoo hoo…
