On the other hand, thanks, Silly, for reminding us that by staying shut down until 19-Jan, even the normal business of screening Joe’s cabinet appointments isn’t happening.
Kind of makes you wonder. If Republicans maintained their majority – oh, heck, if the filibuster on “advise and consent” was still around – would they have allowed Joe to even have a cabinet?
