Lets tally. Republicans spent 100 million of our money trying to find dirt on Clinton. They found he had an extramarital affair. If they’d had anything substantial, they’d have used it. They spent a quarter billion of public money trying to find something on Hillary. They did succeed in making her unlikable enough to lose to Trump. Debatable whether they would have been just as successful attacking any woman.
Trump’s crimes were sufficient for volunteers to sacrifice their careers to report him. Republican senators were unwilling to honor that sacrifice by acting in the interest of the country. The interest of the country has been second to the interest of their donors for decades, at least.
If Republicans regain power, it’s virtually certain they’ll impeach. The mystery is why they didn’t impeach Obama for the brown suit.
This is silly, Scott. Even Mitch McConnell has admitted that while various individuals are calling for impeachment of Biden, there are not enough members of the House in favor for it to happen… not even if it came to a vote, which is unlikely. Not for his Afghanistan withdrawal… and no, not even for looking at his watch during a solemn moment.
They might try again in another couple of years, but that’s not now.
“Oh, woe is us! For I have declared both sides equally bad in order to exculpate my own, and now I’m adrift in a world without morals, presumably because of some of the imaginary crimes I’ve attributed to the other side. Woe is me! Poor, poor me!”

Big brat republicans refuse to cooperate in any way.
We did not vote for their lying racist dictator Trump, so they will destroy American democracy.

Once again, Stantis goes for: Both sides do it! Equally.
Because a consensual affair is way worse than a violent attempt to overthrow the government of the United States.
Right, Stantis?

Of four impeachments, three were Republican: Andrew Johnson, Trump, and Trump.

Printing presses are already cranking out impeachment boilerplate… just waiting for elections to occur so names can be filled into the blanks…

I think that the army Corps of Engineers prepared Louisiana and her flood control waterways and levees pretty well for Ida.
