Hmmm. Since jimjammer is too ignorant to see this is a commentary about the Supreme Court, I think he must be a conservative. Yep – he is. Conservarties and ignorance, like peanut butter and jelly.

It’s not that pschearer can’t think like a leftist. He just can’t think. Big difference.

This is a classic cartoon, one that harkens back to the Health Care Town Halls where the elderly right wing idiot stood up and yelled: “Keep your bleeep government hands off my Medicare!” His igornace was only matched by his vitriol for government services he takes advantage of.

The point of the cartoon, for the dense pschearer, is that there are millions of right wing loonies who have been brainwashed into thinking the government is bad bad bad, when they are taking advantage of multiple services the government provides them - and they either don’t know, or don’t care. Shocking, but true. If we pulled the rug out from under them, they’d be flopping around like the conservatives idiots in this cartoon.

Of course, the magic of the “free market” would solve all their problems ….. LOL. That’s another cartoon …..

The only thing funnier than this cartoon is the comments of the loony right wing nuts defending their insane behavior (with lies, no less). It’s amazing how this cartoon brings the cockroaches out of the wooodwork. Too funny.

Personally, I’m more worried about the loony Christians detroying our country than any Muslims on planes.

keechum - I hate to burst your bubble, but your story doesn’t prove the existence of God. Maybe it does to you, but not to anyone else. It may make you feel better, but that’s about it.

The Bible ages the earth to 6,000 years old, and that has been debunked for a long long time. Anyone who believes the earth is that old needs to be confined, for they are not able to think rationally. There’s no evidence outside the Bible that Jesus ever existed, although there are multiple references to other important figures of that time period.

There’s no such thing as God. Jesus never existed. Those are the facts. That is final. This is all.

    Great cartoon!

“Localized dangers like an oil spill are nothing compared to our culture’s widespread and growing hatred of corporations, big business, and capitalism. That hatred is a danger to America’s prosperity and freedom.”

No, wrong. Unfettered capitalism is the greatest danger our country faces, and - unfortunately - continues to face. Astonishingly, you turn reality on its head and complain that anti-corporate sentiment is to blame. Of course, the recent near collapse of our country was only staved off by taxpayer dollars, else the US would have likely gone the way of the USSR. Those are the facts.

The best thing that could happen to the US and the world is stopping the corporate infestation of our government in its tracks, followed by a strong rebuke of corporate control of our lives. A more collectivist system will be healthier for all, just not the few who benefit now.

Corporations are the greatest scourge in human history, and will be responsible for the destruction of the ecosystem when it’s all over. Corporations alone will have driven the planet to a state of uninhabitability.

Exactly how it works. CEOs fail miserably, leave a ton of wreckage in their wake, and just move on to the next job - with millions in tow. I’d love to see one of these Nate cartoons end with Nate being severely punished, but that would be a fantasy too extreme for any cartoon.
