    I think people on the left are disengaging right now, but it may be temporary once the disappointment wears off. Stick to the adage “if you’re not outraged you’re not paying attention”. There will be plenty of stuff coming down the pike to get outraged about so start paying attention. In its best context, outrage can lead to wider recognition and recognition can lead to change.
