Hey punk, in my day we had to use Morse Code.

IN my day, text was a book we carried to class.

I still have to push buttons 3 times for “C” “F” “I” “L” “O” etc….

In my day the phone was attached to the wall and we had a dial the number….

T9 was far better than hitting three buttons.

Of course you could just use your phone to actually TALK to the person.

Hey Whamond, not all of us ‘old people" are bespectacled, plaid wearing, balding, toothless scruffs. Sometimes I leave my phone at home so I can go back to life in the 90’s. Ha!

Who needed a phone when you had CompuServe chat rooms?

i don’t do texting i told my people to either call and talk or leave me alone. It worked they don’t bother me!!

phones?? phones?? we used semaphore.

I think there was something called TTY text but it was only for deaf people.
