I read that a lot of people are over-scrubbing their hands at home. You only have a need to wash your hands if you have been out of the home touching things. Then too, we have had confusing, often changing, reports from the CDC and the WHO about if, or how long, the virus can live on objects. But if you haven’t been out you don’t need to wash any more than usual.
