Long term plan

The only plan i can think of for that. Is put your head between your legs and kiss your know what good buy.

Not to worry. You will not be around when that happens

Or, maybe go to the beach.

Minor point – doesn’t diminish the gag, which is pretty funny – but the Sun isn’t going to go Supernova. It’s going to become a Red Giant (expanding to consume and burn up the Earth in the process), then shrink to a White Dwarf, a super dense, cold dead body.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure the neighbours house across the street will be vacant by then.

Dad’s are awesome like that.

I’ve thought of something similar. By then we would have large spaceships that can hold whole cities of people and we can zoom out of here over to the next star system with a similar planet with a younger sun. Possible, no?

I’ll try to get it all on camera. Great for family gatherings

Father Knows Best….been like that for almost 3/4 of a century.

The way things are going, if the sun just holds off for a few more years, humanity won’t have to worry about it.

Well, that answer seems to have satisfied her, at least until she has a chance to really think about it.

We could have a parade and celebrate with the fireworks, you know, make the best of it
