THAT should come as no surprise EITHER!

Josh: Neither do I. But others may have a problem with comics with themes that have the same annoying running joke.

Only this one doesn’t.

I don’t recall Rex Morgan ever being in our local paper either. 2 for 2 so far.

Growing up, we had both 3D and Rex Morgan, but I never really read either. I wonder if Brenda Starr is next.

Who remembers Jiggs and Maggie and the Katzenjammer Kids? Dagwood and Blondie are probably the only relics left from the 1940’s.

When I was a kid here in Pittsburgh in the 50s we had a third newspaper in addition to the Post-Gazette and the Press. The Sun-Telegraph had a Sunday edition that had all different comics than the Press. Among them were Jiggs and Maggie and The Katzenjammer Kids so yes I do remember them.

There is also Mary Worth. She held on the longest in the paper I used to read.

Call Perry Mason and have him get Mary Worth on the stand to testify as to Dr. Morgans need to get to a patient in Apartment 3G…

What about Mutt and Jeff , or Smokey Stover?

Smoky Stover, Little Iodine, Grin and Bear it, Lil’ Abner, Mandrake the Magician, Joe Palooka… weekends in Vancouver were glorious!
