Our deck stairs get slippery in the winter, and I always cringe when my Irish Setter goes barreling down the stairs…she almost fell through one time… ;)
As much as a pain that snow can be, everything being iced over is what’s really scary. One recent night I was about to go out, then found that I was in danger of slipping just by stepping outside the door, and I said, nuh-uh.
