Red and Rover by Brian Basset for August 15, 2016
Transcript:
Rover: How come I can see the moon and it's not even dark yet? Red: I dunno- you have super-duper vision, I guess. Rover: Just how far away is the moon?! Red: It's roughly a quarter of a million miles from earth. Red: Plus, you can also see the stars, and they're really, really far away! Rover: I really do have super-duper vision.
When the moon is full we are basically between the sun and the moon. Sooo one is in front of you and the other is behind you.
