Even if they did, Red still wouldn’t get him one; Red would never catch him then!

Maybe you could get one made for coyotes and adapt it. Head on over to Acme and check ’em out…

The squirrel would use his ability to change direction really fast, and Rover would end up splatted against a large tree with a laughing squirrel making fun of him.

One summer, we lived on a block with lots of big trees, so naturally, there were squirrels. Evenings, we’d sit on the patio beneath one, and a squirrel would come part way down the trunk and scold the cat. When she’d respond, it would run around the other side and chatter. She’d sneak around the base of the tree, and it would scold her again and run around the other side. After a few revolutions, he’d run around the other side, up the tree, over the roof and down the street, leaving the cat to search the tree in vain.

    It’s not that simple, Rover.

He would probably need a wing suit jet pack to keep the exhaust from burning his tail!

my gal dog caught a squirrel last month. It was actually in her mouth but she let it go. Evidently it was more fun to chase than to eat.
