Interesting that Thompson re-used the “P. J. Piehole’s” name from his ‘Cul de Sac’ strip. It featured in a story line a few weeks ago.

AS I understand it, there was also an incident at PJ Pieholes where a large structure of some undefined sort nearly fell on a little boy…

Here in Utah a mix of ketchup and mayo is called “fry sauce”. Add a few drops of dill pickle juice to the mix. Also goes well on tater tots.

Oh, no! Not P.J. Piehole’s?! What will the Otterloops do now for fast food? (Of course, Petey won’t miss it all that much.)

Hmm; PJ Piehole’s… Would this be the same PJ that’s now working in an Alaskan paintball store in “The Whiteboard” (not on GoComics)?

I think the almanac preceded Cul de Sac . But I may be wrong.
