Understanding the Speed Force is easy. It does whatever the writers need to get the Flash out of a jam.
But I completely understand what Dan Thompson means. The Flash TV show did some weird stuff with the Speed Force last season. And then the writers fixed it with the power of… love? I think. That episode was kind of weird.
