If he didn’t, Microsoft woud have become a monopoly, and that’s forbidden in the USA.

Apple is not a competitor of MS. MS’s main mission is to make an OS that will eventually cause every PC to self destruct. Apple makes thing with an “i” up front.

A bunch of raisins leaped into the champagne, bounced up and down, and began singing “I Heard It Through The Grapevine.”

If he hadn’t we would not have idiots waiting in line to buy the next iPhone, Myself, having vast experience in using Apples and PC’s for content creation, I prefer the PC. The parts are way cheaper and i don’t have to deal with Apple support everytime something major goes wrong (and it often does) where my Pc’s keep plugging along with little fuss.

Raisins will do the same thing in soda pop. It’s what they do in carbonated liquids until the liquid goes flat.

The carbon-dioxide bubbles stick to the surface of the raisin, which help buoy it up. At the top, the gas leaves the raisin, so it sinks and starts collecting more bubbles.

…as fast forwards as backwards, creating a whiplash; hence the kink portion of their name.

Off hand I can’t think of an animal who doesn’t run as fast forward as backward. The inverse however would be interesting.

Back in the day [way … way back!], I could roller skate backwards just as fast as forward.

If one did’t, that scary flip turn would become a disaster.

Years ago I could run backwards as fast as I now run forward.

From a Wikipedia article on kinkajous: " It can rotate its ankles and feet 180°, making it easy for the animal to run backward over tree limbs and climb down trees headfirst." Years ago I went to a pet shop in a mall, and the clerk excused herself after a phone call to run over to a nearby department store, where an escaped kinkajou had been spotted, to try and catch it again. They are very fast! I don’t know if that one ever was recaptured, but I hope so.
