About 43 yrs ago, my mother would send us kids off to school with a nice bag lunch: sugar and butter sandwich on white Wonder bread and a bag of chips or Fritos, plus a Twinkie or Ho Ho. Far from the healthy food pyramid, but she was an artist who loved her kids, and she always sketched a picture on the napkin!
