Good cartoon! I have often thought that is just one of the reasons that the terrorists have not made a major attack on this country since 9/11. Heck, as far as our infrastructure is concerned, all thsy have to do is to wait for it to also collape all by itself!!
@Darsan54. Do you really think the all of the thugs, gangbangers, and assorted miscreants got their guns with the blessing of the NRA? Look at Chicago and New York and then explain why the 2 cities with the strictest gun control laws also have the highest amounts of gun related violence.
John Smith: just a note; I watched Neal Armstrong step onto the moon on a TV in Little Yosemite Valley with no power cord, and that was a long time ago. Granted the portable Sony the guy had had like a 2 or 3 inch screen. Today of course it would be a cell phone?
I have a battery-powered TV.Of course, it no longer works (in the US) unless there’s a digital converter between the antenna and the input.Where the people in the cartoon are, they may still have access to analog broadcasting.

No, you needn’t bother although a little less literal take on an illustration might prove helpful.
