And the ACA is even a far larger program in its potential to affect more people that even Medicare itself (let alone Part D) is capable of. If there are problems, both time and effort should be able to ameliorate such problems, until the system will work to the greater good of the majority of hard working middle class Americans. Most of whom are the ones that can not afford health care.
But, starting over from scratch will not do any of these Americans any good at all, and so is unconscionable!

I suppose if you are dead and subsequently have been reanimated or are suffering from a horrible and largely uncurable but pricy to treat disease it is affordable. For the rest of us it is just a disasterous mess that will drain our wealth to the government and large corporate insurers.
