I was sitting at the computer when this big roach crawled up on the table, tilted its front end upward, aimed its head straight at me, and started making noises at me. I’d never seen anything like that before and called in my brother to see it. He wasn’t impressed and swatted it with his slipper. Sometimes I regret calling him in because it might have been an interesting pet.
There was the HUGE beettle I found in the diaper pail one day after I’d left it to air out outside that so help me God, screamed when trapped in the corner.

Did NO ONE notice that it was a talking bug? Cats don’t expect to hear bugs talk. Right? It just suspends belief!

If a bug yelled at me, I would run too.
