The rule in my place is “don’t disturb the kitties.” Pretty sure the rule was made by the cats

That place is pricy and it would take a lot of effort to make room for Jimbo.

Keep the peace in the family! Hand them off to Rose, one at a time. They won’t scratch her; they know she’s on their side. Lie down on the hammock, and let Rose tuck them back alongside or on him. They’ll cuddle down and sleep while he reads, and maybe the warmth and the purring will send him off to la-la as well.

Flip it; it is fun to watch the panic.
