    Many HR Managers seem to prefer to hire young people in their twenties that have at least ten years of experience — unless, of course they’re family relatives of company big-shots.

    yes we discriminate but not overtly we look at your experience if you have more than the hiring manager we put you in the circular file. If your 10 years older than the hiring manager we also put you in the circular file
