We had Canadian Thanksgiving last week and I made a turkey anyway, just for the two of us!
No coleslaw and way less sides and veggies than a usual Thanksgiving family meal , however we had a lovely Thanksgiving meal. The rest of the turkey is in the freezer, so if we are locked down at Christmas, we are ready.
Unless they open the borders and I can drive south, then The puppers and I are outa here! ;))
You still have family, even if they should not come to visit. You still have food, even if it’s not your heart’s desire. You still have life, even if it’s not the life you would choose to live. Be Thankful .
