^ your ‘61 Comet was a Ford product! Need I say more?

I’ve got FIVE Chrysler products from that era (1958, the one I learned to drive in when it was Dad’s, through 1963). They are ALL the most reliable cars I have ever seen, or I wouldn’t still have them! They have ALL seen neighbor’s cars (certainly Ford’s included! and LOTS of General Motors trash!) come into the world and go to the junk yard regularly! I don’t own any other cars than these. I don’t NEED any other cars than these! They will ALL go well over 100 miles per hour with even the slightest encouragement from me! Yes, I DO live in the desert in California, so idiot governments’ putting salt on the roads in the wintertime is NOT a problem for my cars. But the phenomenal RELIABILITY of all these Chrysler product cars I have is absolutely astonishing! But of course, Shoe wouldn’t be a comic strip if they didn’t make unjustified fun of this De Soto. And, oh, by the way, I’m also a retired mechanical engineer, so I NEVER take these cars to a service station for somebody like “Irv” to screw up because HE never saw one of these cars in his life before either! I grease and maintain these cars myself, because I know what I’m doing!!
