Dull and Listless? That would be an improvement.

Pain is good. Only the living can feel pain. So if you hurt, you are still alive.

a good friend who’s father is a doctor offered some good advice – never go to the doctor when you feel really, really bad…

“Dull? No. I’m feeling a sharp pain in my head.”

“I’d have to get better to die.”

This is an unfortunate comment on when people come to see their doctor: often when its too late.
