I hope Biz didn’t spend too much money on it, otherwise it would be a high price toupée.

It look’s more like a towel wrapped around his head. Maybe he forgot to take it off after washing his head. Or, he’s trying to become a Sikh. If so, he needs a white towel, not orange.
