Lame, he’s got launch money. Too much from swindling the USPS to deliver his crap from the warehouse.

Don’t worry, before he can complete his master plan a British spy will show up and push him out an airlock.

Which rocket launching billionaire is he talking about? There are so many now…..

Sadly, I am NOT one of them!

Reliance on the super-rich requires accepting the eccentricities of the super-rich.

The real question is, why aren’t any of the others doing anything useful?

Not you too. Elon Musk is spending billions expanding Human space travel. He has innovated with self-landing, reusable rockets. He is setting the conditions to bring humanity to be a multi-planetary species. Bezos seems more focused on space tourism, but his contributions help overall as well.

These are acts of public service. They certainly are doing a better job at some things than NASA. Where are the reusable rockets from NASA?

When much, much younger, I’d dream of being fabulously wealthy, though I never thought of blowing the moola on rockets to the red planet. Now, I did have a dream of inventing an anti-gravity engine that made rockets obsolete.

It’s fun to watch the feud between Bezoes (Blue Origin) and Musk (Spacex). Jeff is obliously jealous of Musk’s success, and keeps sueing Elon.

……..and it gave him a real lift-off.

Everybody has many sides, unfortunately his comes with too much money to waste. Still, how do you stop a run away train? Just wish he could feel empathy, but Asperger’s robs him of that, i think otherwise his politics would be different.
