Laying on your back tokin’ reefer one sky can be many.

Not to knock the cartoonist, but that kinda sounds like someone who has only seen “The Big Sky” on the tiny little screen of a cell phone…!

After several vacations in spots around the Mediterranean I’m convinced if you seen 10,000 olive trees you’ve seen them all.

I’ve been to Montana. It truly is Big Sky country. There is something intangible about it. It makes one feel small when you look at it.

I was there in late summer in 1962 when I was working in the wheat harvest. It was very pretty.

I used to live in Montana. Loved it except the winters are long. The eastern/north eastern parts are flat and covered, for the most part, in wheat. But the western half is mountainous and gorgeous. IMHO, Glacier NP I has the prettiest views in the whole country.

I’ve been across BearTooth Pass going into Montana on clear night. It was impressive.

My parents lived near Columbia Falls, just West of Glacier, for 20 years. I visited several times. In the summer. It was wonderful – not sure I could have handled the winters. I still subscribe to the weekly Hungry Horse News newspaper. Well worth it for the awesome photos of scenery and wildlife.

The only time I’ve been to Montana the sky was totally foggy and and about 20ft above the gravel interstate (it was a while ago)

My mother grew up in Montana. She claims they didn’t close school because of snow. I replied, “Yeah, because your family had a bobsled.”
