A friend has a story which leaves me in stitches about how their dog ate a flannel (face cloth). When it started to emerge a couple of days later, it wouldn’t all pass. The dog was walking round the garden but in a sitting position! It was using its front legs to move, dragging its rear end on the grass.
After a couple of hours of this, his Dad stood on the end of the flannel and the dog leapt in the air, ran round the garden for ages yelping and spent the rest of the day licking its sorry end.
