Our neighbour has a Jack Russel terrier that does the same thing…there is never any slack in the leash. For the first year I thought they were using a stick instead of a leash.
Here’s another one for the fridge door. It should be noted that first squirrel doesn’t have to outrun the dog, he just has to outrun the other squirrel.
