Ruben Bolling should publish a collection of all his “superhero” comics, if he hasn’t already.

Don’t blame Jay. It’s God-man who commands him to dress like that.

“The Cape Diamond” is not to be confused with “the Caped Diamond,” a superhero with the power to cut glass with his fingernails.

Fun Fact: The Puzzler was a single-appearance villain* in the “Batman” TV series, in a two-parter called “The Puzzles are Coming / The Duo are Slumming.” He was played by Maurice Evans (perhaps best known for playing Samantha’s father on “Bewitched”). The script was originally written for the Riddler (as “A Penny For Your Riddles / They’re Worth A Lot More”), but Frank Gorshin was holding out for more money so they reworked the riddles into puzzles.

*He also appeared once in the “Batman ’66” comic book, but is not otherwise canonical in the comics.

Super timely, with “Gorgeous” George Santos defending J D Vance on the unearthing of the latter’s old Yale photo of him in drag. Santos says “Drag? That’s not drag. That’s just a guy wearing women’s clothes and a wig as a joke. I know drag.”
