Let me be the first on this site to congratulate the Eagles on their well played and hard earned victory over the Pats. Foles & Co. did an outstanding job and it was a great football game to watch.
That said… the diehard Pats fan in me can’t help making this observation. The weak New England defense that Brady and his offense have had to compensate for all year, finally caught up with them. Good defense wins games, great defense wins Super Bowls. The New England Patriots had neither ! The Pat’s Defense Sucked !
I expected the Patriots to win. All I wanted was a better game than last year. I am so glad my expectations were not fulfilled. Full disclosure: I am a Buffalo Bills fan, and although I respect the Patriots, I can’t stand them.
