Okay, this comic was featured on Go Comics on January 1st, 1996 so it is an archived one. We go back to the beginning. I presume Tarzan has already killed dozens of cats. Not sure what the story line is about though.
The great Russ Manning! Arguably the best Tarzan strip artist ever (though Foster and Hogarth and Kane certainly leave plenty of room for argument), and, to my mind, the only Tarzan artist whose stories consistently reflect the qualities of Burroughs’ own best work. You can pick up this storyline from the beginning here:
Dumb move GoComics going way, way back to a story first shown in 1996! Why not just continue the current Tarzan story…..go onto the John Celardo ERB Magazine to continue, although without all of our smart and fun comments. Bad move GoComics, who thinks this crap up???

Whoa. Waitsaminute. This went back to the very first strip in the Go Comics reruns archive.
So I guess whatever stories which was ongoing until yesterday won’t be continued?.

Nothing like jumping into the middle of a story.

Started from the beginning? Originally dated 1971, so later than the ’60’s we were reading, weird!

Looks like a mahar. I guess this is Pellucidar. Drawings definitely look like 1971.

What happened? The last B&W episode is the ending of Tarzan? Why does all of a sudden he appears with someone pointing a gun at him?
